main-responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and replace different types and brands of air-conditioning system.
  • Perform general air-conditioning servicing and topping up of gas.
  • Run tests and diagnose any defects and malfunctions with the air-conditioning system.
  • Carry out repair and replacement works of the air-conditioning system
  • Electrical and plumbing skills would be an advantage

Housekeeper ハウスキーパー

main-responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cleaning of the apartment which includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, changing bedsheets, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
  • Deliver household items, laundry and applian ces to various apartment
  • Conduct inspection of the apartments
  • Ensure all rooms are clean in accordance with MetroResidences standard
  • (if hire as a Housekeeping leader) Manage Housekeeping team, housekeeping staff's schedule, and their work standard.

  • Conversational either in English or Japanese
  • Must already reside in Japan. Candidates with a valid visa are preferred. But we can also support work visa application if we hire as a Housekeeping leader
  • Prior housekeeping experience will be an advantage

  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Full time or Part time. Full time: 7-8hrs/day & 5days a week. Part time: 3-5hrs/day & 2-4 days a week.

Sales - Key Accounts 営業職(キーアカウント担当)

  • Strengthen relationship with Key accounts (corporates and individuals)
  • Gain repeaters and referral of new guests from existing guests
  • Increase customer base who likes to book our serviced apartments
  • Develop new sales strategies that will acquire new customer lead
  • Promote sales of our serviced apartment by performing cold-calling, attending conferences, events to generate leads and obtain new clients
  • Build a CRM programme to ensure high engagement of our client to drive repeat booking

  • Issue invoices and send payment reminders for recurring rentals

  • Good in conversational and written English AND Japanese

  • Candidates with experience in travel, hotel, online marketplace platform, and real estate are preferred
  • Candidates with network or connections to HRs which deal with relocation from abroad are highly prefered
