*For the privacy and security of all residents, no overnight or daytime visitors are permitted in the apartment (including all common areas).

*The kitchen is a communal space located in the shared living area.

*The mailbox is shared with other residents occupying "E" rooms.

*The main entrance features an automatic locking system. While you can speak to visitors via the intercom monitor in the shared space, the door cannot be unlocked remotely. You must go downstairs to manually open the entrance door for your guests or deliveries.
*Furniture and facilities may differ from the images. The images may contain decoration props.

*The linens and towels may be different from actual ones installed in rooms.
*There may be construction work going on in the neighborhood.

*Electric scooter and bicycle sharing service is available (paid service). Please directly contact service provider if you have any questions. Reservation is subject to availability and will be made on a first-come-served basis. Please kindly note that non-residents might enter the premises since this service is available to all registered users.
*There is no washing machine inside the apartment. Please use the shared laundry room located within the building. 

*If you prefer not to use shared machines, we offer a "Regular Laundry Service." 

Regular (40L): 4,500 yen (tax included)/time (Reference) 

*Fill the provided 40L laundry bag as much as you like (fits approximately 60 T-shirts).
