- Rental Brokerage: Private apartment rent is >¥150,000 per month.
- Up to 20% management fee
- Fee is charged only when apartment is rented.
- Starting from ¥400,000, we will install all furniture and purchase apartment amentiies such as linens and applicances. Only standardized furnitures and amenitiies by MetroResidences can be installed.
- ¥20,000 for professional photoshoot and 360 virtual tour.
- 1 month agency fee + tax.
- Submit your information online for us to evaluate if your apartment meets our requirements.
- We will setup an online meeting to share our services and price.
- Lastly, we will arrange an inspection of the apartment.
- Serviced Apartment: 4-6 week to furnish, photoshoot and list online.
- Rental Brokerage: Photoshoot and list within 3 days.
