Weekly housekeeping can be included at SGD 300 per month. This includes a change of linens, general cleaning of the apartment and dishwashing of no more than 10 pieces.
Utilities will be billed according to usage and the invoice will be issued 1-month later. On average, the utility bill for a 1 Bedroom apartment ranges from SGD 50 – SGD 200 and for a 2 Bedroom Apartment, it ranges from SGD 70 – SGD 300. (An individual who sleeps without air conditioning can expect to pay about SGD 60 per month for utilities.)
The Tenant agrees to be charged for the servicing cost of air-conditioner units per quarter for aircon maintenance.
