main-responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and replace different types and brands of air-conditioning system.
  • Perform general air-conditioning servicing and topping up of gas.
  • Run tests and diagnose any defects and malfunctions with the air-conditioning system.
  • Carry out repair and replacement works of the air-conditioning system
  • Electrical and plumbing skills would be an advantage

requirements
  • AT LEAST 3 years in a Business Development, Sales, Property or Account Management role
  • Candidates who are real estate industry or property agencies are highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Valid class 3 driving license (MANDATORY)

  • Experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Customer Service is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Good telephone and email etiquette
